Ocean View staterooms have a picture window, two twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed, considerable closet space, a private bathroom with shower, as well as an expanded living area with desk, drawer space, vanity, and sofa. Each stateroom also has its own flat-screen television, thermostat controlled air-conditioning, internet access, direct-dial telephone, radio, mini bar, individual safe, and 24 hour room service. 174 square feet.

Veranda Stateroom
Superior Balcony staterooms have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to your private veranda, two twin beds that convert to a queen-sized bed, considerable closet space, a private bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with desk, drawer space, vanity, and sofa. Each stateroom also has its own flat-screen television, thermostat controlled air-conditioning, internet access, direct-dial telephone, radio, mini bar, individual safe, and 24 hour room service. 182 sq. feet – Balcony Size: 53 sq. feet.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Accessible staterooms are designed for guests with mobility disabilities and other disabilities that require the use of the accessible features of the staterooms. Accessible staterooms range from 159 square feet to 298 square feet, offer a five-foot turning radius in sleeping areas, bathrooms and sitting areas for easy maneuverability.

Accessible staterooms are held for people with disabilities until all other non-accessible staterooms in that category are reserved. Upon reserving an accessible stateroom, Guests must acknowledge the need for the accessible stateroom by completing a Guest Special Needs Form.

If a guest is booked in an accessible stateroom and they do not have a mobility disability or other disability that requires the use of the features that are provided in the accessible stateroom, they may be moved at any time to another non-accessible stateroom in order to accommodate a guest with a disability.

Please note Royal Caribbean investigates and take action on potential misuse of accessible staterooms where there is good cause to believe that such staterooms have been booked fraudulently. Wheelchairs are available onboard only in emergencies and are not for exclusive use during the voyage. If you wish to rent a wheelchair or scooter, please contact one of these third party suppliers who will arrange delivery to the ship or hotel.

The Oasis of the Seas has been designed to incorporate Braille in public areas and elevators. Our crew and staff are on hand to assist in every way.

There have been many technological advances developed to assist guests who are deaf and hard of hearing, and at Royal Caribbean International® every attempt to employ them wherever and whenever possible. There’s no reason everyone can’t enjoy the Royal Caribbean cruise vacation to the fullest.

Features & Accommodations Available:

  • A portable room kit in your stateroom is available upon request. It includes a visual-tactile alert system that provides alerts for door knocking, telephone ringing, alarm clock and smoke detector.
  • A TTY (teletypewriter) in your stateroom is available upon request. The TTY in your stateroom interfaces with the TTY at the Guest Relations Desk to meet all your in-stateroom needs.
  • Amplified telephones are available in the staterooms and public areas.
  • Assistive Listening Systems are located in the main theatre and in Studio B.
  • Closed-captioned televisions are available in all staterooms across the fleet. Please note that only select programs are captioned. All safety videos are captioned.
  • Sign language interpreting services will be provided upon request for deaf guests who use American Sign Language (ASL) as their primary means of communication. Sign language interpreting services are provided for main production shows, port and shopping presentations and other major activities on a shared basis for all deaf guests onboard. A request for sign language interpreting services should be made with GO TRAVEL at time of booking. Requests are subject to availability of interpreters.

All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. Please notify us as to quantity, type and delivery schedule. You will be able to keep some or all of your cylinders in the stateroom. If you need oxygen, please contact one of these third party suppliers who will arrange delivery directly to the ship. Oxygen may also be delivered to the hotel pre or post cruise.

Royal Caribbean makes every effort to accommodate guests' dietary requirements whenever possible. They can accommodate dietary needs such as Food allergies, Gluten-free, Kosher, Low-fat, and Low-sodium.

Vegetarian Meals (including Indian-style vegetarian) are available on all menus in the Dining Room and Windjammer Cafe every day. Lactose-free/soy milk, Ensure, and kosher meals are available at no extra charge.

Simply notify GO TRAVEL at least 60 days prior to sailing of any special requests.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The boarding time for Oasis of the Seas is specified in your Guest Vacation Documents. Please do not plan on arriving at the pier prior to the specified time as the ship will not be ready to board guests. For those of you staying in Orlando and Port Canaveral, we will arrange your transfers.

Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 60 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time. Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

Weapons, illegal drugs, and other items that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of our guests and crew are prohibited. The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to bring onboard. These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.

Prohibited items include all knives and scissors, Coffee Makers, Clothes Irons, Travel Steamers & Hot Plates. EXCEPTIONS: curling irons and hair straighteners and personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.

Yes, you will use the Online Check-In process to expedite your boarding and skip the forms at the pier. This will be available approximately 60 days prior to sailing. Guests are requested to complete Online Check-In no later than 3 days prior to the cruise in order to expedite the pier check-in process.

Approximately 60 days prior to sailing, after final payment, you will be instructed to go online and register your personal information, credit cards and other information required. At that time you will be able to purchase soda packages, liquor packages, pre-reserve seats for the various performances, make spa appointments, etc. GO TRAVEL will be sending information as soon as we are notified registration is open for our sailing.

 

We have arranged for our group to dine together in early (6 pm) dining. On the first night, we ask that you dine at your assigned table. We will do our best to try and seat you with cross referenced guests, but we cannot guarantee those requests on the first night. After the first night, dining will be open seating within the section of the dining room assigned to our guests. The only exceptions to this will be tables that are reserved for people with mobility issues.

Guests are not allowed to bring beer, hard liquor, fortified wines or non-alcoholic beverages onboard for consumption or any other use on boarding day or while in port. Alcoholic beverages seized on boarding day will not be returned.

Guests wishing to bring personal wine and champagne onboard may do so only on boarding day, limited to two (2) 750 ml bottles per stateroom. Additional bottles of wine beyond two (2) bottles that are brought onboard or any alcoholic beverages purchased in ports of call or from Shops On Board will be stored by the ship and delivered to your stateroom on the last day of the sailing.

All of Royal Caribbean International ships operate on a "cashless" system, meaning your boarding card, (also known as your SeaPass card), will be used as a charge card to make all onboard purchases. Normally to activate this SeaPass® account, most guests provide a credit card, (American Express, Optima, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diner's Club), to have these purchases charged to at the end of their cruise. Additionally, the SeaPass system may be activated with traveler's checks, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, or cash.

High Speed WiFi is available onboard the Oasis of the Seas. Prices for internet access vary and are subject to change.
